You enter at the VIP entrance on the West stand and during half-time you can enjoy a free drink. Furthermore, there are several F&B facilities at the venue where you can purchase other drinks and snacks. Your ticket includes upper halfway line seats in block 207-209.

West Ham United Club Information

West Ham United Football Club is a professional football club based in West Ham, East London. West Ham’s history dates back to 1895 when an amateur football team was established by Arnold Hills and David Taylor. The club turned professional in 1898 and entered the Southern League where they remained until 1904. That year West Ham were invited to become the latest addition to the Football League, which was the highest level back then.

West Ham have always had a reputation for producing talented young players. Bobby Moore, Geoff Hurst and Martin Peters were the three West Ham United players who helped England win the 1966 World Cup. These legends even have their own statue, close to the club’s former home Boleyn Ground.

When West Ham United started out they were known as The Irons, but nowadays fans mostly refer to them as The Hammers.

West Ham Rivalries

Millwall is one of the most well known rivalries of West Ham United. The rivalry between the two clubs is even shown in a movie called Green Street Hooligans, and is also known at “The Dockers Derby”. However West Ham fans are more likely to consider Tottenham Hotspur and Chelsea as their main rivals. Every season you can soak up the amazing atmosphere at the Hammers during several heated London derbies, that’s for sure.

London Stadium

West Ham United have had several different grounds over the years. Upton Park (Boleyn Ground) was their home for 34 seasons, more than any other ground. Since 2016 West Ham United have been playing their home games at the London Stadium, which is a football stadium located in Stratford London. The stadium was built for the 2012 Olympic Games and has been named as the largest athletics stadium in the world. The capacity of this amazing venue is 60,000.

London Stadium is not far away from the former Boleyn Ground, which means that fans will be able to visit the most famous West Ham stadium in no time. West Ham played their first Premier League match at the London Stadium against Bournemouth.
