Sporting CP stadium

Estádio José Alvalade is the stadium of Sporting Clube de Portugal and is named after the founder of Sporting CP José Alvalade. The stadium seats 50,466 spectators and was officially opened on 6 August 2003 with a practice match against Manchester United which Sporting CP won 3-1.
