Dutch Grand Prix information

During the renovation of the circuit in 2019 / 2020, the corners ‘Hugenholtzbocht’ and the ‘Arie Luyendykbocht’ were converted into unique bowl corners. In the process, the circuit became slightly shorter with 4.259 km. As a minimum of 305 km has to be covered in every Grand Prix race, the drivers need to perform 72 laps around the circuit. Furthermore, the circuit is characterized by two DRS zones. These areas are often used for extra power for passing other drivers.

What is the circuit like?

It is a challenging track for any driver. If you are fast at Zandvoort, it says a lot about your level. It is therefore one of the favorite circuits of the very best drivers!
