Is it possible to reserve tickets or packages?

All our tickets are available for immediate purchase only. Tickets sold out? Subscribe to our ticket alerts and we’ll let you know as soon as more tickets are released.

Can I choose my hotel?

Absolutely! When you reach the checkout page, you can select a hotel tailored to your event. It’s important to know that you don’t need to book a hotel to purchase a ticket. Please keep in mind that hotel availability may vary based on the event and your chosen date.

Where does P1 travel get their tickets?

The tickets you see on our website come straight from our own inventory, which we’ve purchased from event organisers. Unlike some unofficial websites or platforms, we maintain direct contact with the clubs and event organisers to ensure a safe and secure experience for you. Your peace of mind is our priority!

Do you have discounts for children, students or seniors?

We aim to keep things simple and fair for everyone. Currently we offer a consistent pricing structure for all our valued customers, regardless of age or student status. Please keep in mind, for some events young children and babies may require a regular ticket.

Are my seats next to each other?

When you book tickets together, you’ll get seats right next to each other, unless we say otherwise. You’ll find all the seating info when you pick your ticket category in the second booking step. If you’re planning a big group outing and want everyone to sit together, chat to our customer care team. They’re here to help you check if seats are available and sort out group requests. We’re all about making sure you have a great time!

How can I pay online at P1 Travel?

We offer multiple payment options for your convenience. You can use various credit cards like Visa, American Express, Mastercard and PayPal. We also have a number of local payment options as well. Feel free to choose the method that suits you best.

Is it possible to add another ticket to my current order?

If you’re considering adding another ticket to your order, it depends on the availability of tickets in stock. Feel free to get in touch with our customer care team, and they’ll assist you in checking if it’s still possible to include an additional ticket along with your current order. We’re here to help make your ticket-buying experience as smooth as possible!

When do I receive my tickets?

About 1 to 3 days before the event, expect an email from us containing your ticket details, and if applicable, a hotel voucher. Depending on the event, your ticket will be either an e-ticket, printed ticket, or a convenient in-person ticket collection. Rest assured, we’ll provide you with crystal-clear instructions, ensuring your event journey is absolutely hassle-free!

Why does P1 Travel not send the tickets immediately?

Being an official ticket reseller means we rely on the organisers to supply the tickets before we can send them your way. We’re doing our best to get those tickets into your hands as soon as we can!

I did not receive my booking confirmation?

If you haven’t received your booking confirmation, your ‘Junk mail’ folder is the first place to check. Still, no luck finding it there? Don’t worry; just reach out to our friendly customer care team, who’ll gladly assist you. We’re here to make sure you have all the information you need

Can I change the name on my ticket if I made a mistake?

Typically, we can update the name on your ticket up to two weeks before the event. Just get in touch with our customer care team, and they’ll help you check if we can make the change for you. We’re here to assist and make sure everything’s just right for your event!

What happens if my booked event is cancelled?

If the event you’ve ordered gets cancelled without any rescheduling, don’t worry—your tickets will be automatically cancelled too, and you’ll receive a refund. Your peace of mind is important to us!

What happens if my booked event is postponed?

If the event you’ve ordered gets moved to a different date, no need to worry. Your tickets are still good for the new date. And if you’ve booked a hotel, we’ll make sure to shift your hotel booking to match the new date. Our friendly customer care team will reach out to you to discuss the updated travel dates and confirm your new hotel reservation based on your preferences. We’ve got your back when it comes to changes in plans!

Can I change or cancel my confirmed order?

Once you’ve placed an order, it’s important to know that all orders are considered final and can no longer be altered, canceled, or refunded. You can find more details about this in our booking conditions. We want to make sure you have all the information you need before making your purchase!
